Why Exactly More than Reality?

It’s not an ordinary name for a website with Biblical content, is it?

Allow me to first introduce the name of the site, and then I will write a few sentences about myself.
The verse that perhaps conveys one of the important messages of our earthly existence to the children of the Heavenly Father is found in 2 Corinthians 4:18, which says: ‘So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.’ If the visible things in which we are involved during our earthly life are only temporary, as we know from another verse, 1 Corinthians 15:22, which says ‘For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive.’ Then we better understand that our salvation is in Jesus Christ, which, though invisible to us, we know leads us to eternal life.

About myself, I would like to share with you that I am a manual laborer, working in the construction industry, and I live in a small town in Hungary with about 13,000 inhabitants. Here I attend a local congregation, ‘Victorious Church,’ where I met my Heavenly Father and His Son, whom I have also accepted into my heart, Lord Jesus Christ. In addition, in my free time, I share Biblical verses on various social media platforms. I have now started this site ‘morethanreality.com’ to share the words that come up in my spirit with my brothers and sisters out in the world. I strive in Jesus Christ to grow in my spirit in understanding the word of my Father and to be able to pass it on to those who thirst for it.

My Confession of Faith.

Jesus Christ

I believe that Jesus is the Christ, the promised and coming Messiah. I believe that in him God became man, and therefore Jesus was fully God and fully man, conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin, and led a sinless life. I believe in his miracles and teachings. I believe that he died on the cross in my place, suffering for my sins, paying the ransom, thus He is my Savior and Lord of my life. I believe that he was raised bodily on the third day, then ascended to the right hand of the Father, where he lives forever, interceding for me as High Priest, and will one day return to earth in power and glory to reign as King.

The Holy Spirit

I believe that the Holy Spirit, who comes from the Father and the Son, convinces the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment. He regenerates, sanctifies, and empowers for service all those who believe in Jesus. I believe that the Holy Spirit dwells in every believer in Jesus Christ, being their Advocate, Teacher, and Guide, and the giver of spiritual gifts.

The Human Being

I believe that God created humans to live in fellowship with Him, to know and love Him more and more, and to worship Him in spirit and truth. I believe that God endowed man with free will, therefore he is responsible for his actions. I believe that due to the fall of the first man, every human is inherently sinful, dead in their transgressions, and under judgment.

Salvation

I believe that salvation is given solely by the grace of God, through faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ. I believe that Jesus took upon Himself the sins of all humanity, and His sacrifice is capable of covering the sins of every believer. Although there are those who resist God’s call to repentance, anyone who repents of their sins and accepts Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord is forgiven in that moment, born again, sealed by the Holy Spirit, becomes a child of God, and will spend eternity with the Lord.

Ever since I came to know Jesus Christ through the Scriptures of my Heavenly Father, I have been earnestly striving to know my Savior even more, putting all my efforts into Him.
